The absolute truth is that we are spirit, awareness, pure consciousness itself. Nothing can hurt us. This world is not real but pure illusion. Only love is real. We are always safe and secure surrounded by those we love and who love us in thier spirit form forever. Kind of like Dorothy in the Wizard of OZ who was having this very horrifying experience in OZ only to awaken to find she had just been dreaming the whole time!!!! All along she had been home safe with all her loved ones around her, even her little dog Toto. in their spirit form!!!! Dream on!!!! But know it is a dream!!!!!!!! And take refuge in the truth, the bliss within you and all of us. I will meet you there. I will meet you in my and your dreams, in love and divinity that we are forever and ever and ever and ever. Awaken from the nightmare. The way is toward your own suffering. In. THat is the way out! While running from your suffering may feellike the right thing to do, running toward it is the way to go. You will run smack dead into it. It will hurt so bad, you will THINK you are oing to die. But you do not!!! You Transcend. WHen you have done this with allof your suffering you will then find that place of bliss and transcendence, tht ethereal formless ether within, "your true home" Says Thich Nhat Home. Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz called it home.

“When people say, “Don’t just sit there, do something,” they’re urging you to act. But if the quality of your being is poor—if you don’t have enough peace, understanding, and equanimity, if you still have a lot of anger and worries—then your actions will also be poor.” ~ Thich Nhat Hanh...
