Typical modest "food stand" in Cuba: Garlic in strands on the left, yuca and boniato on the right and harina, a grain, in the large tin cup. One can see these "food stands" in most neighborhoods. Prices are modest: maybe $1-3 CUC (1-3 USA DOLLARS approximately) for a large strand of garlic, 6 cents for the small brown root ( I am not sure if that is Yucca or Boniato).
