I have been to both! Both are amazing. While Zen Master Thich Nhat Hahn and the community he created, Plum VIllage, of mindfullness practice, will always be my spiritual home and practice, the Yoga Hindu teachings and practices are incredible, profound. They really showed me how through the real yoga as a spiritual practice we could heal and grow ourselves by the energy of awareness generated by putting our body into various postures and holding them and especially with a group. When the whole group does this, the energy created is truth, beauty and knowledge itself. Very powertfull. Very healing!!!! An encounter with the universal love that this all is!!!!! The schools in Mexico and France are now open.
